F.I.T. is a conditioning program designed to inspire, encourage, and challenge individual women with individual fitness levels to reach their desired health and fitness goals.

Under the guidance of Tammy Wells, an ACE certified personal trainer, gain mastery of key foundational exercises through cardio fitness, strength training, agility work, and stretching. Learn how to make fitness a daily part of your life and get maximum results with minimal equipment.

Private training sessions
Private sessions in my home begin with a fitness test and evaluation to measure
- body composition
- strength and endurance
- cardiovascular fitness
- flexibility
Fitness test results are used in order to design the most appropriate and effective program for your needs and goals.
Private session cost is $30 per hour or 8 sessions for $220 ($20 savings!)
Semi-private outdoor sessions
Every 60 minute session provides appropriate and creative exercises for every fitness level. Class packages available:
- 18 sessions - $90
- 12 sessions - $75
- 6 sessions - $50
Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6am-7am and Monday and Wednesday from 7pm-8pm. Locations to be determined on a weekly basis Please bring a towel or yoga/exercise mat, light hand weights, water, and a positive attitude! (note: classes held rain or shine)
